This girl was booked in for euthanasia as her owner could no longer look after her. Our vet asked for assistance - of course our carers Catherine and Chloe stepped up.

Kiara is a beautiful, strong minded girl who is ready to find her forever family!

Kiara is very smart and responds well to training. She knows basic commands like sit, shake and stay, but she isn’t shy in pushing the boundaries!

Being a Husky X Cattle Dog, Kiara needs a family who will provide regular exercise and routine, and knows how to be firm.

Kiara is learning to walk nicely on a lead and requires ongoing enrichment to keep her busy. This includes regular walks, durable chew toys and someone who is willing to play fetch with her for as long as she can go!

Whilst Kiara has become accustomed to our resident larger dogs, a meet and greet with family dogs are essential to make sure they get along.

NOTE: Due to Kiara’s prey drive, we won’t recommend a household with cats, pocket pets or small dogs.
